The farm:

La Laguna is a collective of 12 families in the Cauca Department of Southern Colombia, called the 'Manantial Association', who are committed to the improvement of safety and prosperity of their local community through growing coffee! Laguna is grown in the shade, and each family looks after their own farm, picking, washing, fermenting for 18 hours, and then drying for 15-25 days.

How to drink:

This is a great milky coffee bean in particular - if you're a flat white, latte or cappuccino drinker you will love this one.
